Message from the CEO, Florian Otto on the Layoffs

Yesterday was an extremely tough day at Cedar. We made the difficult decision to reduce our workforce, in order to adapt to current market realities, and re-organize ourselves for what we want to achieve following last year’s acquisition of OODA Health. This move will help ensure we forge ahead sustainably on our mission.

I’m so grateful for the contributions of each and every Cedarian—you have helped us truly improve the healthcare experience.

To those who were impacted: My door to you is always open. If you need anything during this time of transition, I would be happy to help in any way possible.

And to my network: If you are hiring, and are interested in connecting with some of the most talented people that I’ve ever worked with, please reach out to me.
