Statement from Joe Alapat – CEO of Liongard

Partners and friends in the MSP community – Many of you have had the chance to get to know the Liongard team since our company journey began in 2015. Throughout this time, we committed to building a strong business, with awesome teammates to serve our Partners, which we have done and continue to do today.

As we have all seen in the press and social media, the market for technology companies has been difficult to navigate in recent months. We listened and learned from the market and investors and are evolving our plan. While Liongard‘s market, product, and growth remain strong, we are prioritizing a path to profitability.

To implement this new plan, we must make organizational changes that require us to part ways with a portion of our teammates who have been with us on our journey. This has been the most difficult decision I’ve had to make at Liongard and I know it will be challenging for our teammates.

To the MSP community, many of our teammates have supported you, and I am asking for your support in helping them continue their own 10x journey – through referrals, advice and connections in your network. I cannot thank them enough for their contributions to Liongard. Each of them would be an asset to any organization.

To our Partners, we recognize your success is the key to Liongard’s success. We continue to work hard to deepen our relationship with you and to support your evolving needs, as well as the needs of the customers you serve. The Liongard commitment to our Partners remains steadfast.

Finally, we know these changes will result in a more resilient company. Please know that the vision and mission at Liongard stay the same; our commitment to our Core Values remains the same. I am beyond grateful to each one of you who are with us on this journey.

Joe
