Vancouver, WA – June 6, 2023 – ZoomInfo Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: ZI), a leading provider of sales intelligence and productivity software, today announced that it has laid off 3% of its workforce, or approximately 120 employees. The layoffs are part of a plan to flatten the organizational structure, speed decision-making, and enable investment in key opportunities for long-term growth while driving continued profitability.

“We made the difficult decision to lay off a small number of employees after careful consideration,” said Henry Schuck, CEO of ZoomInfo. “This was not an easy decision, but we believe it is necessary to ensure that ZoomInfo is best positioned for long-term success. We are committed to providing severance packages and outplacement services to affected employees.”

The layoffs will affect employees across all levels and functions. ZoomInfo expects to take a restructuring charge of $6 million in the second quarter of 2023.

“We are confident that these changes will allow us to operate more efficiently and effectively,” said Schuck. “We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible products and services, and we believe that these changes will help us achieve our long-term goals.”
